Nigerian rapper, Olamide has come under fire for being nice to some members of his record label, YBNL.
The backlash began when Asake, his most recent signee, rushed to Twitter to congratulate Baddo for his trustworthiness and dependability.
Asake tweeted, “If Olamide tells you I dey for you, simply go and price.”
It didn’t take long for his remark to cause a flurry of controversy on Twitter. Omo Ajorosun @daddyfaceless, a Twitter user with a vengeance towards Baddo, warned Asake to be cautious. Olamide, he claims, is only friendly when he is getting money off of you.
He detailed how Olamide duped, manipulated, and coerced Lyta, Picasso, Limerick, Davolee, and YBNL Princess Temmie Ovwasa to leave YBNL.
Olamide is not Davido, according to Omo Ajorosun, who believes in the slogan “we climb by lifting others.”
